This position will work closely with our direct marketing team to identify, recognize and analyze trends within the email campaigns we deliver on behalf of our clients. Using our proprietary campaign-reporting platform, you will be responsible for developing models to maximize the performance of these campaigns.
Responsibilities
- This individual will be a key member of our Client Services team responsible for providing software support for all customer-initiated issues
- Identify and report on bugs in the software, and significant involvement in the release and deployment of product updates
- This position will require weekend shifts on a rotating basis
Requirements:
- Excellent Diagnostic and Problem Solving Skills
- Excellent experience working in Unix/Linux and Windows environment
- Excellent Shell or Perl scripting experience
- Experience supporting Java or C# enterprise software
- Basic skills on networking and understanding of firewalls and basic network infrastructures a plus
- Experience remotely diagnosing networked computer systems
- Experience working with a relational database (MYSQL, MS SQL Server)
- BSCS or equivalent experience
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Demonstrated creative problem solving skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to work in a team environment, good customer interaction skills are required
- Bachelor's degree in a related technical field or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 5 years of progressively responsible related technical experience
- Have reliable means of transportation
