- Flexible Spending Accounts - We offer a health care flexible spending account for payment of health care expenses with pre-tax dollars. We also offer a dependent care flexible spending account for payment of dependent child care expenses.

- 401(k) Retirement Plan - Employees may save for retirement on a pre-tax basis through the 401(k) plan. New employees can roll over funds from previous employers' 401(k) plans.
- Vacations and Holidays - We start you off with 18 paid time off days and only increase from there. We also have 9 company paid holidays during the year.
- Gym Reimbursement Program - Datran encourages all of its employees to be physically active to maintain optimal health. Employees enrolled in our medical plan are eligible for reimbursement up to $400 on an annual basis.
