Director of Operations
Responsibilities
- Work with and manage cross-functional teams to develop business models and plans for new products and programs
- Proactively work with team to identify areas/decisions where additional analytic or strategic insight is needed
- Manage teams that perform tests and mine data to discover opportunities that can be leveraged to drive growth within the business- understand these processes and analytics
- Manage the implementation of new systems/processes to assist analysts to perform analytics using best practices
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree
- Minimum of 4-6 years business management experience
- Ability to lead and manage multiple projects
- Experience using technology to work efficiently with datasets- pivot tables, MS Access, advanced MS Excel modeling
- Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment and lead a team-based planning process
- Working knowledge of e-commerce metrics and operations
