Operations Manager
Responsibilities
Oversee all technical aspects of the NetMargin affiliate network, including but no limited to:
- Identify means to optimize operations to drive efficiencies and mitigate risk.
- Drive systems and process integrations between Datran and Media Services.
- Manage outsourced technology providers.
- Oversee the campaign set up and management process for NetMargin and SiteLifter.
- Coordinate setup of all servers, IP addresses, bandwidth with IT team and monitor 24/7.
- Record all domain names, IP registrations, server emergency contact info, support email addresses, etc for future reference and manage all expiration and renewal notices across entire network operations.
- Manage a team to implement setup of all NetMargin and Sitelifter advertising campaigns, from IO to QA to production, including: pixel placement, uploading of creative, integrating with our third party email unsubcribe manager, testing, and managing the performance of all campaigns on a scheduled daily basis.
- Manage a team to troubleshoot all daily problems with fluctuating EPCs, missing sales, problems with email compliance, problems with images, problems with suppression files, problems with daily files, etc on a daily basis.
- Initiate and or facilitate all major NetMargin systems projects, including but not limited to: network syndication, network sales auditing, improving network deliverability, implementing new project management software, and creating numerous improvements for additional development on with our third-party tracking company.
- Troubleshoot problems with monthly invoicing and payments, working with multiple advertisers and affiliates to work out monthly discrepancies.
- Facilitate hiring and training all Operations personnel.
- Work with our third party tracking system provider as well as numerous advertisers and affiliates.
- Create monthly goals for operations team and help them add their own goals and work towards accomplishing/beating them.
- Act as the center of responsibility for the entire NetMargin and Sitelifter networks.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree
- 3-6 years online marketing or operations experience.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, Dreamweaver, Photoshop, and basic FTP.
- Familiarity with image hosting, redundancy and basic internet tech a strong plus.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Must be proactive and able to work in a fast paced, competitive, and collaborative environment.
