In close proximity to the publication of this year's JupiterResearch Buyer's Guide, the SIA has recognized Datran Media's first-of-its-kind EO.com for its innovation in technology and for establishing a universal platform for maximizing revenue from the inbox channel. When EO was initially launched, Datran Media partners AvenueA/Razorfish and clients including IAC/InterActiveCorp stepped out to publicly comment on the new industry breakthrough. Since then, EO continues to attract strong customer endorsements as well as media and analyst interest.
Benjou, a Madison Avenue pioneer who joined Datran Media in 2007 to spearhead its agency partnership initiative, has been named a Senior Fellow of the Society for New Communications Research. In the role, he joins the Society's existing group of business leaders, scholars, professional communicators, members of the media, futurists and technologists from around the globe. The Society's Fellows collaborate on original research and educational programs focused on the advanced study of emerging trends and developments in media and communications and their effect on business, professional communications, media and society.
"We are delighted that Paul has joined the Society for New Communications Research as a Fellow to lend us his expertise, and we are confident we will benefit greatly as a result of his participation," stated Jen McClure, executive director of the Society for New Communications Research.
McGilvray, now in her second year as vice president of marketing for Datran Media after a long tenure at SKYLIST (acquired by Datran Media in 2006), was elected as chair of AOTA's education and event committee. "Datran Media has been a strong partner to AOTA in its role as a steering committee member over the years. Lana will continue to serve a key role in assisting our organization in educating AOTA members and the industry at large about authentication and trust. On behalf of the AOTA board and steering committee, we appreciate her ongoing leadership and commitment to our mission," said Craig Spiezle, chairman of AOTA and director of Internet security for Microsoft Corp.

Our clients have come to expect the best from Datran Media, and we strive to stay ahead of the curve so that they can achieve their business goals across email, display and social media channels. In fact, since the launch of EO.com and our participation in the 2008 Jupiter Research Buyer's Guide review process, we have already introduced another first-to-market Facebook application which allows marketers to extend the power and performance of inbox marketing to the social media channel."
